What is a preorder? Preorders are orders placed before the product has gone into production. It’s allows you to secure the best graded item and preorder-only freebies! Preorders also help to fund the items being made. Once the number of slots on a preorder fill up I will close the sales for that item and pay the manufacturer to start production immediately and ship them out once they reach me. Any remaining stock will be put up for sale as in-stocks. Please note that preorders are not refundable unless I do not receive enough preorders for the item(s) I will contact you and refund your money.

All orders are final. I do not accept refunds or cancellations after payment has been made, especially for preorders. However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on my part please contact me so we can figure out a solution, either through my DMs or emailing me at [email protected]. For preorders, if the preorder doesn’t get fully funded I will contact you to give you a refund of your money.

Shipping

Please note that I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package is dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me through my email. Although I usually answer DMs with questions as well recently it has become overwhelming to answer DMs while not having the order number. I have made a master list for all old and current orders as well as one for all products I have made. Please refer to those be forming contacting me as I will be updating the master lists constantly. Grading

A Grade (Standard Grade): Standard grade pins are the highest quality pins I can offer. These pins have little to no imperfections, minor flaws not being able to be seen from a distance or under natural lighting. Some flaws may include tiny air bubbles in the enamel, unnoticeably under-filled enamel, and very minor scuffs on the surface.
B Grade: B grade pins have minor flaws that can be noticed upon close inspection, for example a short distance or under bright lighting. Flaws may include. Some air bubbles in the enamel, under-filled/translucent/slightly off-shade enamel, scuffs on the surface, imperfections with metal plating, slightly misplaced glitter, misaligned screen printing.
C Grade: C grade pins have more obvious flaws that can be seen upon inspection. For this reason they are priced the cheapest out of the batch. Many flaws include missing or completely infilled enamel parts, wrongly colored enamel, scratches and scruffs on the surface, and loose rubber clutch.
If there are even worse pins in the batch then they will be labeled as Seconds. These will be priced lower than C Grades.
